St. Pancras and his uncle converted to Christianity. The youth was beheaded in 304 during Diocletian's persecution. He is especially venerated in England because St. Augustine of Canterbury dedicated his first church to Pancras and his relics were presented as a gift to the king of Northumberland. A district in London is even named after him.
Heavenly Father, through the intercession and mertis of St. Pancras, we pray for all teenagers: grant them a faith like St. Pancras to support them through the temptations, sufferings, and joys of life.
